Even in Hokkaido, there are Okinawan restaurants! I have found 2 so far just in the ward in which I live! One is about a 5-minute walk from my apartment - it's a pub, so they specialize in little finger foods and of course Okinawan alcohol. It's run by a couple of brothers from Nago City. Then there's a restaurant about a 10-minute bike ride from my place. The picture above is of that restaurant. The food is decent, but each time I visit these restaurants (only once each so far) it makes me want to go back to Okinawa and have a taste of the real thing!!!

Okinawan Restaurant!
北海道でも沖縄料理が食べれるのはうれしかった！今のところは、僕が住んでいる中央区には２つの沖縄料理店を見つけました。一つは徒歩５分くらいにある居酒屋です。名護市出身の２人兄弟が運営しているそうです。そしてもう一つは自転車で１０分くらい離れているレストランです。ここにその写真を載せます。一応、美味しいではあるけど食べる度に沖縄に戻りたくなる！
