Since moving into the new house, I have now had 3
nabe parties: the first was with Josh the night we moved in, then we had one last week with
Chuck and Yumi (new missionaries on island), and tonight, I had Simon and Joe over for a third (and possibly final) one of the year. We STUFFED ourselves, but the good news is that nabe is quite healthy - no oil, a lot of vegetables, and not a lot of meat - though we did have a LOT of tofu! Then we settled down and watched
The Dark Knight - man, my ears are ringing! Those speakers are awesome! Praise the Lord for good food, good friends, and good technology!
やっぱり鍋は最高に美味しい！先週はチャックとゆみさんを誘って４人でご馳走したんだけど写真を撮る機会がなくてすいません。今日はたぶん『最後の鍋』になったかもしれないけど思い切ってサイモンとジョーと３人でいっっっぱい食った！

はいさい！サイモンです！トレバが引越して初めて遊びにきたけど、家はくつろげるし、ご飯は美味しいし、気楽に話せる仲間と一緒に時間を過ごすって最高！！ 鍋、チョコレート、アイスクリーム…。太ってもかまわない！って感じです。神様に感謝！
